The Panchshil Foundation is a non-profit organization established to uplift the community and develop deep-rooted economic and cultural connections.
"Panchshil is derived from two words - ‘panch’ which means five, and ‘sheel’ meaning principles. According to ancient Buddhist traditions, there are five principles by which one should live life. The emphasis is on peaceful coexistence and co-operation for mutual benefit. In keeping with these principles, the Panchshil Foundation was established to develop deep-rooted economic and cultural benefits."
